SUGGESTED DOSAGE
- Adult: For nervousness: 1 capsule, 2 times daily, on empty stomach.
- Adult: For sleep aid: 2 capsules 30-60 min before bedtime, on empty stomach.

Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Contra-Indications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Returns Policy
Return Policy: We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase of VitaTree Supplements. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we will accept your return within 30 days of you receiving the item. Returned items received after 30 days will not be processed. Please note that a $10 restocking fee is charged on each bottle returned. VitaTree Nutritionals reserves the right to accept and process a return or not. When returning an item, it must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the product, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges (both returning shipping and sending shipping fees). Damaged, opened and consumed bottles of product beyond what is reasonable for the allowable 30 day time period will not be processed as a return.

I was having trouble with an annoying twitch in my eye. It was determined that the cause was stress. I spoke with a co-worker of mine and she suggested VitaTree Stress x J and Sleep Formula. WOW. I could not believe the positive results. Within three days, the twitching stopped and I started to have more energy. I was getting restful sleep - no more driving to work felling like I needed a nap. This product has been a life saver for me.

I guess that I'm becoming biased with this line but I love this product. If anyone has followed my reviews they would be aware that I have lots of recent health issues and that I am an RN. In order to survive lately I depended on sleeping pills to get a decent nights sleep. As my symptoms have decreased,so have I attempted wean myself off of any medication that has been prescribed as long as it wouldn't result in a negative effect. My sleeping pills were leaving me more dependent even at a half dose. I hated the 'hung over' / feeling and found my body needed more as time went on. V The first try on this supplement was a challenge and I knew it would be. It took a few hours after taking it, a warm bath and relaxing music. Finally sleep found me and today I awoke feeling more rested than I had for many months. Don't mistake me. I still was tired but I didn't have that nasty 'hangover' feel and didn't drag myself around for an hour. The jury is still out but so far this is good.

2 years ago I was having symptoms similar to IBS. I decided to try the detox for 2 months and within 2 weeks I was feeling a lot better. I continued the initial treatment for the 2 months. Since then I have only taken them when symptoms start to appear. It has made a real difference in balancing my system, (usually take 1 bottle). It sure has made a remarkable difference for me!! Great for Sleep Issues! I ordered this product on a whim along with other products. I have no trouble falling asleep but awake during the night. Wide awake and I have to read or toss around, with the result of waking up tired every day. From the first time I tried the Stress and Sleep, taking two capsules an hour before sleep, it was unbelievable. I can awake for the bathroom and return and sleep soundly, something I was unable to do. Now I wake up very refreshed. Will continue to order. Great line of products!
