SUGGESTED DOSAGE
- Adult: For nervousness: 1 capsule, 2 times daily, on empty stomach.
- Adult: For sleep aid: 2 capsules 30-60 min before bedtime, on empty stomach.

Returns Policy
Return Policy: We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase of VitaTree Supplements. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we will accept your return within 30 days of you receiving the item. Returned items received after 30 days will not be processed. Please note that a $10 restocking fee is charged on each bottle returned. VitaTree Nutritionals reserves the right to accept and process a return or not. When returning an item, it must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the product, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges (both returning shipping and sending shipping fees). Damaged, opened and consumed bottles of product beyond what is reasonable for the allowable 30 day time period will not be processed as a return.
Shipping Policy

Stress And Sleep Review
Good for sleeping when you can't sleep Two pills will make you sleepy, even when you have taken Advil gels for pain, which normally wakes you right up and prevents you from sleeping. Unlike the special Advil sleep/pain pill which knocks you out and makes your brain sluggish the whole next day, these pills don't knock you out or make you feel like you are not yourself the entire next day. Be aware that the pills won't stop pain from waking you up over and over, but they make you want to go back to sleep right away when the pain does wake you, and shockingly you do fall asleep again within seconds to minutes.

I quit smoking while on the Nicoderm patch. The VitaTree Stress and Sleep formula helped me to get to sleep while wearing the patch. The last time I quit smoking while wearing the patch (many years ago), I was taking a sleeping pill to help me sleep through the night. The big problem with that medication was that it was habit forming. The last thing I needed was to quit one addiction, then have to stop taking the sleeping pills. The Vitatree product was great in helping with the stress associated with stopping smoking....plus NO side effects !!! I AM NOW SMOKE-FREE !!
