Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12 noon EST will be shipped the same day. Customer must specify preferred shipping method either on ca.vitatree.com or verbally for telephone orders. VitaTree Nutritionals reserves the right to choose their preferred shipping carrier for orders that qualify for free shipping.  Customer pays for shipping and handling for each order placed on ca.vitatree.com, including auto-delivery orders and for orders taken verbally by phone. Shipping address can not be changed or edited by our customer service team, once an order is placed.
