What Items Are Not Eligible for Return?
- Opened Products: Any product with a broken safety seal or opened packaging cannot be returned
- Products Without Proof of Purchase: Items without an order number or packing slip are not eligible for return

How to Return Unopened Products
If you would like to return a sealed unopened product please follow these steps:
- Return Window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return
- Shipping: Once approved your product must be shipped back to us within 14 days of authorization
- Required Documentation: Include your proof of purchase including your name address and order number
- Condition: Returned items must be unopened and undamaged to qualify for a refund
- Missed Deadlines: Returns received after 30 days from delivery or initiated after the deadline will not be accepted
