What Items Are Not Eligible for Return?

  • Opened Products: Any product with a broken safety seal or opened packaging cannot be returned
  • Products Without Proof of Purchase: Items without an order number or packing slip are not eligible for return
  • Non VitaTree Purchases: Products not purchased directly from ca.vitatree.com are not returnable


How to Return Unopened Products

If you would like to return a sealed unopened product please follow these steps:

  • Return Window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return
  • Shipping: Once approved your product must be shipped back to us within 14 days of authorization
  • Required Documentation: Include your proof of purchase including your name address and order number
  • Condition: Returned items must be unopened and undamaged to qualify for a refund
  • Missed Deadlines: Returns received after 30 days from delivery or initiated after the deadline will not be accepted
