- Adults: 1 Capsule, 3 times daily, between meals.

Returns Policy
Return Policy: We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase of VitaTree Supplements. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we will accept your return within 30 days of you receiving the item. Returned items received after 30 days will not be processed. Please note that a $10 restocking fee is charged on each bottle returned. VitaTree Nutritionals reserves the right to accept and process a return or not. When returning an item, it must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the product, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges (both returning shipping and sending shipping fees). Damaged, opened and consumed bottles of product beyond what is reasonable for the allowable 30 day time period will not be processed as a return.

After about 2 months on the vitawoman, I noticed that my hot flashes slowly decreased. Wanting to test the product I stopped taking the VitaWoman and the hot flashes came back. For me it works at decreasing night sweat and hot flashes so I would recommend testing it out for yourself. What I love about this product is that it worked for me and there are no fillers.

I am using this product as well as the fat burner, and joint relief product. I feel remarkably better. I have more energy and less stress. I am in menopause and have had some issues. The regimen of these capsules has vastly improved all my issues. I am much more energetic, less affected by hot flashes and generally in a better mood. I am less likey to become easily aggrevated and bad tempered which my husband is very greatful for. I will stay on these capsules for as long as they work. Important to note...they do not irritate my difficult stomach

Age: 41.I have been using this product for 2 years now. However, when I've gone off it, the return of my PMS onslaught sends me right back. When I consider that 2 weeks of every month, indeed half of my life, is affected by my period, the relative cost for me is worth it. Like many "medications", VitaWomen's initially takes a couple of months to kick in, and it doesn't fix everything for everyone. For me, it makes a huge difference with my emotional and bloating symptoms in the week leading up to my period. Before -1 was an emotional wreck for a good week prior. NOW, my period "sneaks up" on me. I still experience some moodiness during my period, but not nearly like I used to. I see it as having gained 1 week of every 4 of sanity back in my life! That's 1/4 of my life! The more religiously I take it, the better it works (go figure).
