Position Overview
  • Vitatree production team is growing quickly and we’re looking for someone that can join our dynamic team. Someone who has experience in fast editing multiple videos daily into shorts & reels for our brands & affiliates. Our main social media channels include: Youtube, Instagram, TikTok & Facebook. Feel free to watch some of the Vitatree content from our co-founder Dr Janine Bowring and one of our affiliate channels here to get a good idea of what we’re looking for. You will be working with a small team of content writers, designers & live talent. If you get the position, we’ll need you be onsite daily at our production studio located in Vaughan Ontario - here we shoot & edit multiple videos onsite daily.
  • Create multiple short videos daily for Vitatree and affiliate brands for our social channels.
  • Proficient experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, PhotoShop, Illustrator & After Effects)
  • Demonstrate ability to edit videos to tell clear, engaging stories.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
  • Well organized (file management is key)
  • Driven, creative & providing fresh ideas

Additional Experience:
  • Camera operator
  • Broadcast software experience
  • Photography skills (Portrait & Product)

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Be able to process orders, product inquiries, or requests, on all platforms (phone, email, live chat, social media).
  • Respond to social media inquiries
  • Process returns
  • Learn about the products (inside and out) to be able to answer customer questions.
  • Learn to identify customer needs and concerns to recommend the appropriate products and protocols.
  • Keep record of incoming inquiries to be able to reference at a later date.
  • Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Learn CRM software systems used to be able to communicate effectively with incoming inquiries.
  • Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide feedback to other departments to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
  • Make outbound sales and follow up calls/emails to customers.


Required Skills

  • 2-3 years customer service/call centre experience, preferably in the natural health industry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Proficient typing skills
  • People skills – able to work with multiple customer personalities.
  • Pleasant phone demeanor, firm when required.
  • Good written communications skills – some customer responses will be by email or live chat.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Patience with confused and aging customers.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customer profiles.
